JONESVILLE — Jim Pardue, maintenance caretaker, of Timberwood Apartments in Jonesville, on June 6, received the 2018 Caretaker of the Year for NC (Area Two) at a recognition celebration held at Timberwood Apartments.
This award was presented by Warren Smith, area director for USDA Rural Development Multi-Family Housing, and Michael Pardue, Jonesville town manager to this most outstanding employee whose service, dedication and caring for tenants exemplifies the spirit of the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Multi-Family Housing Program. Also present at this ceremony were Jim’s wife, Georgia Ann Pardue, representatives from Partnership Property Management and many residents from Timberwood.
Pardue, of Advance, has worked with Partnership Property Management for 15 years and was nominated by Regional Property Manager Lisa Smith of King and Executive Director Ed Dallape of Greensboro. He was chosen for this prestigious award due to his dedicated and outstanding ability to create and maintain a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for the residents of Timberwood Apartments. Pardue continually demonstrates his desire to go above and beyond to keep his residents in safe, affordable and quality housing in Yadkin County.
