Joseph Leon Anthony (Jody), age 64, passed away on Jan. 12, 2013. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Jan. 17, 2013 at 11:30 a.m. at Spencer Funeral Home in Mount Airy.
Jody was born on Dec. 12, 1948. He was a 1968 graduate of Elkin High School and Gardner Webb University. He is survived by his mother, Gladys Cundiff Morrison of Elkin, his daughter, Megan Anthony of Atlanta, Ga., and his grandson, Joseph Anthony II of Atlanta, Ga.
