At approximately 11:45 a.m. Monday, on Traphill Road, a few miles west of Stone Mountain, this Chevrolet Jimmy flipped ‘several” times, according to N.C. Highway Patrolman Alan Hall, after its driver lost control at the top of the ridge. The driver was trapped in the vehicle for a brief time immediately after the accident. Hall said the man suffered minor injuries, but “if he hadn’t been wearing a seatbelt, it could have much worse...he would have been ejected from the vehicle.” At presstime, the identity of the driver and possible charges was undetermined. Volunteers from the Traphill Fire Department washed down the road after the accident
