He was preceded in death by a sister, Mackenzie Sue Orta.
In addition to his parents, McKinley is survived by a brother, Marcus; three sisters, Caitlyn, Maggie, and Morgan, all of the home; paternal grandparents, Felice and Ivan Orta of New York; and paternal great-grandmother, Dolores Izquierdo of Florida; maternal grandparents, Mary Ann and James Higdon of Whitesville, Ky.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, March 13 at Faith Baptist Church cemetery in Traphill with Father John Hanic.
