The Jonesville Police responded March 22 to a incident involving a Tribune newsstand.

According to Angie Cockerham, manager of the Wilcohess on Highway 67, the machine was turned over onto someone’s vehicle.

A police incident/investigation report listed three crimes committed, but no one was apprehended or charged.

The charges include: Breaking into paper currency machines, damaging or destroying coin-or currency-op, and injury to personal property.

Police stated someone “did break into a newspaper box and attempt to remove property from same.”

In addition to The Tribune’s newsstand, one front lower spoiler was reported damaged.
