Mrs. Mildred McCraw Hutson, 88, resident of High Point died February 27, 2013 at Hospice of Catawba Valley.

Mrs. Hutson was born August 3rd, 1924 in N. Wilkesboro, a daughter to the late William Alexander and Cue Eliza Comer McCraw. She was a resident of High Point most of her life and was a former member of Archdale First Baptist Church. She was retired from Indian Head Hosiery Mill. Her husband, Jerry Ray Hutson, survives of Hickory.

Also surviving is a son, William L. Hutson and wife Crystal of Hickory; and two grandchildren, Danielle Herman and Dillon Hutson.

Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of the Cumby Family Funeral Service in Archdale with Rev. Jeff Dawkins officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
