Jacqueline Billips Strickland “Jackie” of Jonesville, NC went home to be with the Lord on January 27, 2013 at Joan & Howard Hospice Home of Dobson, NC.
She was born March 16, 1961 to Lockett M. Billips and Harry Tate Sr. Jackie was a graduate of Starmount High School of Boonville NC and was married to Willie Dexter Strickland who proceeds her in death. She leaves to cherish her memories two sons; Trendon King of Elkin, Justin Billips of Jonesville and one devoted daughter Iman Strickland of the home as well as many relatives and friends.
Funeral services are being conducted by Spencers Funeral Home in Mt. Airy, NC and will be held at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church, Cedarbrook Rd., Jonesville, NC on Thursday January 31, 2013. The viewing is from 1pm-2pm with the funeral immediately following.
