Football season is just around the corner, and area youth are getting a jump start on the 2008 Sertoma football campaign with an array of preseason camps.
Sertoma camps are being held at Elkin's Crater Park, Starmount High School and East Wilkes High School, among other places. Practice for Sertoma players (grades 3-8) starts next week and the first Saturday of games will be held Aug. 16.
