Long was exiting C.C. Camp Road onto US 21 in the southbound lane when he flipped his Mercedes Benz onto its top.
According to Officer Josh Tulbert's police reports, Long is being charged with driving while impaired due to medication, drugs or alcohol; careless and reckless driving; failure to maintain lanes and speeding.
No other vehicles were involved in the wreck.
