According to promotional materials, Red Cross supplies about one half of all the blood products used in America.
Elkin locations will be collecting blood donations toward the end of April at the Elkin Rescue Squad, Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital, G&B Energy Elkin, and the Elkin Elementary School gym.
