Jonesville police are looking for a white male, 25-30 years of age, and of average build who robbed the 4 Brothers Amaco station on N.C. 67 near the I-77 interchange.

He was wearing a tan coat, gray hoodie, and baseball cap and had light brown-blonde facial hair, police said.

Security cameras recorded details of the man and his vehicle, and Jonesville Police Chief Roger Reece is asking for citizens who recognize the man or his truck to call the emergency dispatch line 336-835-2855.

The suspect was driving a light colored mid 90's Dodge Ram pick-up truck, light in color with a king cab and damage to the left rear.

The assailant used a silver pistol to demand money from the teller on duty. He was given an undisclosed amount of money from the cash register and left promptly, heading east on 67 toward I-77. Sgt. Scotty Vestal and Cpl. Brent Shepherd responded to the 911 call last night.
