County Attorney Ed Woltz confirmed this week that the settlement stipulates that the county will pay Donald Lee and Faye Terrell a total of $800,000, which includes $725,000 for the Terrell's property and $75,000 for relocation expenses to assist the Terrells who plan to build a new house on a 19-acre tract they own off Ararat Longhill Road.
