The civil complaint that was filed by the plaintiffs Kevin and Deerie Reece and Andrew Hall was dismissed on Jan. 24.
Attorney for the plaintiffs said that they negotiated a resolution with the Town of Ronda. "The case was resolved to our clients satisfaction," said attorney Sigsbee Miller.
The original complaint was filed on Jan. 10 regarding sewer easements on the plaintiffs property.
The complaint was in response to Reece's claim that the Town of Ronda did not offer fair payment to all who were involved in the new sewer line easements.
