The Yadkinville Hornets became the MVAC Varsity Football Super Bowl Champions after an outstanding 2017 season. Players include, front row, from left, Elson Angeles, Aiden Wood, Skylar Kimber, Keanu Escalante, Braxton Hall, and Dillion Diclemente; middle row, Braylee Horne, Cristofur Martinez, Nick Edwards, Levi Hurley, Wyatt Hauser, and Jalen Alexander; back row, Brian Valeriano, Jason Beck, Noel Garcia, and Daniel Lopez. Coaches are Assistant Coach Doug Marshall, Jamie Stanley, Zane Staley, Devin Sparks, Joseph Driver, and Head Coach Shane Miller.
