Ivy Ridge is open for business. The retail store is the first tenant to open in The Liberty building.
Ivy Ridge Traditions has moved into The Liberty in downtown Elkin.
They are the first tenant to occupy space and open.
Ivy Ridge Traditions specializes in products such as Willow Trees Angels and Figurines, Tyler Candles, Pandora Jewelry, and Vera Bradley handbags.
Ivy Ridge has been owned and operated by Angela Day. The company began operations in Boone, NC in 1998. They since moved to North Wilkesboro and Elkin.
The Elkin store is open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 11 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Saturday hours are 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. They’re closed on Wednesday and Sunday unless it falls on a week prior to special occasions.
“As an example, we’re open this Wednesday because Sunday is Mother’s Day,” said a spokeswoman for the store.
The company expects to extend its hours after additional tenants make their way into The Liberty.
