•6:30 p.m. Gospel Way Baptist Church in Yadkinville, will hold Revival Services Sunday Nights. 7th will be Bro. Marvin Blackburn & Flint Hill Choir, 14th will be Bro Dan Buie & Bear Creek Choir, 21st Bro Larry Stone & Anchored in Jesus Choir, 28th Bro. Curtis Ponder & Poplar Springs Choir. •5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. State Road Pentecostal Holiness church will host a Trunk or Treat at the church located at 4106 Pleasant Ridge Rd. State Road. Call 874-2913.

October 27

7: a.m. - until Grassy Creek Methodist Church will have a bazaar. Breakfast, Canned goods, baked goods, crafts, yard sale items and more will be available.

•12:00 p.m. Union Hill Missionary Baptist Church will have their 12th annual Bar-B-Que Chicken and Singing. 1266 Union Hill Rd., Thurmond. Singing starts at 6:00 p.m. With Noah’s Faith & Parables of Christ. Plates are $8.00 and consist of Bar-B-Que Chicken, baked beans, slaw, rolls, drink and dessert. Weather permitting singing will be outside. Bring a lawn chair. If bad weather singing will be inside. Call 336-325-5841.

•5:00 p.m. - until Shoaly Branch Baptist Church will have their annual Pig Picking at the church fellowship hall. Everyone welcome. Donations Accepted. Please come and enjoy christian fellowship with our church family.

October 31

•6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Pleasant Hill Baptist Church will have a Fall Outreach Event at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Gym. 595 Austin Traphill Rd. Elkin. Hotdogs, Candy, Fun & Games will be available. All kids in the community are welcome. Call 835-3401.

7:00 p.m. - until Grassy Creek United Methodist Church will have Trunk-or-Treat. Hotdogs will be served and lots of candy for the little goblins.

•7:00 p.m. Refuge Community Church will have their Annual Trunk or Treat. Please bring a flashlight and a bag of candy. All children are invited.

•5:30 p.m. Ebenezer UMC will be hosting a Trunk or Treat at the garden center on North Bridge Street Above Schewel’s furniture.

November 3

•7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Traphill Baptist Church Women on Missions will have breakfast served in the church fellowship hall 11858 Austin Traphill Rd. Traphill. Monies to support mission projects. Ham, Sausage, Eggs, Gravy, Biscuits, Coffee & Juice will be served. Jelly & Jams also available. Call 957-2004.

•6:00 p.m. -10:00 p.m. Youth Rally at West Yadkin Elementary School. 44320 Old Hwy 421 Hamptonville. Given by Behuland Church, Jonesville. Free Pizza. Miracle Made, alternative band Behuland Praise Team. Pastor Ralph Casstevens 835-2160.

November 4

•11:00 a.m. Homecoming at Swaims Baptist Church. Lunch will be provided for all who attends worship services, including visitors.

•6:00 p.m. Swains Baptist Church will begin revival services. Visiting speaker will be Rev. James Pardue, pastor of Mt. Hermon Baptist Church. Special singing each night.

•6:30 p.m. Cornerstone Christian Fellowship in Sparta, N.C. Will have an evening with Big Daddy Weave, Aaron Shust, The Redeemed Tour. General Admission is $15.00/Gold Circle $25.00/Group Tickets (12+) $12.50. For more information go to ccfsparta.org.

November 5, 6, 7

•7:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Refuge community Church will honor the sacrificial service of our military. Veterans and active military service are invited to a Free Pancake and Sausage breakfast. Event will be held at the Elkin Rescue Squad.
