Staff at The Tribune observed two individuals behind the building on Tuesday afternoon after allegedly removing some of the scrap metal next to the railroad.
When approached by The Tribune, the two individuals were informed that police were dispached. The duo didn’t stick around, but instead opted to put the pedal to the metal heading toward Bridge Street in their vehicle.
The information was given to authorities.
