Charge: Driving while intoxicated

When reported: Oct. 7 at 3:20 p.m.

Location: Valley Drive, Jonesville

Details: Ronald Gray Transon Jr., 45, of Elkin, was charged with driving while intoxicated. He was confined in Yadkin County Jail under a $15,000 secure bond.

Charge: Warrant for arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession

When reported: Oct. 5 at 2:48 p.m.

Location: 1400 block of Winston Road, Jonesville

Details: Cameron Lee Horton, 24, of Jonesville, was charged with warrant for arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, and simple possession. She is charged with possession of marijuana. She was confined in Yadkin County Jail with no bond.

Charge: Aid and abet careless and reckless driving, careless and reckless driving, left of center, exceeding posted speed

When reported: Oct. 5 at 10:50 p.m.

Location: 4000 block of Loff Street, Jonesville

Details: Brittany Nicole McGee, 26, of Jonesville, was charged with careless and reckless driving, left of center and exceeding posted speed. The report states McGee was driving at a high rate of speed on the wrong side of the road.

Charge: Larceny from motor vehicle

When reported: Oct. 4 at 9:35 a.m.

Location: Cracker Barrel, Jonesville

Details: A man from West Virginia reported his left rear window of his car had been broken and items were stolen out of his car including an HP laptop computer valued at $350.

Charge: Assault on a female, larceny

When reported: Oct. 2 at 10 p.m.

Location: 100 block of Brayant Street, home of victim

Details: A 42-year-old Jonesville woman was the victim of assault on a female and larceny of $250 of US currency.
