Jonesville Historical Society President Judy Wolfe speaks on Jonesville history, and Carrie Martin sang a gospel spiritual as the Jonesville community discussed the underground railroad and abolition movement in Jonesville at a recent cookout. Some attending included the mayor of Jonesville, Gene Pardue; Town Manager Scott Buffkin; and families of the late Jackie Brown and Alfred Teen Blackburn. The oldest Jonesville Historical Society member, Elizabeth Fisher, was also in attendance.
