JONESVILLE — The Jonesville Historical Society at this year’s Labor Day Weekend three-day sale expects to see arts and crafts vendors, collectibles, antiques, household items, clothing, toys, basically a little of everything.

Society Chair Judy Wolfe said last year there were 75 vendors. Though organizers are still unsure of how many there will be this year, they are looking for more, she said.

The big flea market sale will be held at Lila Swaim Park located at 140 Delos Martin Driver in Jonesville. There will be annual flea market activities happening during the day, said Wolfe.

She said, “We need lots of help with this one as it will be the largest we’ve done (weather permitting …) and we expect lots of folks to join us.”

The cost for a site is $10 or donate any items that the Historical Society can sell at its booth.

Wolfe encouraged area residents to start inviting neighbors, businesses and church groups.

She called for a start to the clearing out of basements and closets for items to sell.
