Mrs. Santa will be at the Traphill Branch Library on Thursday at 4 p.m. to share a holiday storytime and cookie recipes. Come visit with her and she will deliver your Christmas wishes to Santa.

The Friends of Traphill Branch Library yard sale will continue at Traphill Tan & Tone until Dec. 21. There are several new items that would make good gifts for Christmas. Many thanks go to those folks who are helping with this.

Vickie Cleary got an early Christmas gift on Dec. 6 when she was able to meet with four of her five siblings whom she hadn’t seen since 1958. Her sisters are Sharon Woodie, Ellen Farmer, Jackie Hall of Idaho and Susan Boutwell of Georgia (who wasn’t able to come) and brother Randy Johnson.
