Northwestern Regional Library’s NWRL Cares/Amnesty Week at NWRL branch libraries

Staff Report

The Northwestern Regional Library is giving back to its local communities this week, Nov. 13-18. Just in time for the holidays, bring in canned or non-perishable food items, or toiletries to a local NWRL branch and the donated items will go to a local charitable organization chosen by the local library to help those less fortunate. All donations are welcomed.

Also, patrons who have overdue fines or fees for any items belonging to the public libraries in Alleghany, Stokes, Surry or Yadkin counties may have all fees and fines forgiven on this one week by simply bringing in canned or non-perishable food items or toiletries to the library.

For more information, contact a local NWRL branch.
