Ellen was born Jan. 26, 1911, in Nowata, Okla. Ellen was a member of Trinity Christian Center of Elkin and Eagle Mills Assembly of God, Hamptonville.
Ellen was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar, and a daughter, Joan Little Koehn.
Ellen is survived by a son, Thomas Hartford and wife Odelphia Davis of Oakdale, Calif.; three daughters, Carol and husband John Abernathy of Harmony, Wilma Jean Wright of Hilmar, Calif., Flodie and husband Wallace Copp of Wellsboro, Pa.; 19 grandchildren, and many great and great-great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 4, 2010, at Eagles Mills Assembly of God, 567 Eagle Mills Road, Hamptonville, NC.
