The Wet Lightning took to the road last night, visiting Dobson to make up the meet which was canceled last Tuesday due to inclement weather. With the season winding down, each race grows more and more important as competition heats up.

The meet was the second time the two teams hashed it out within the last few weeks, giving swimmers a chance to heat up individual rivalries, and giving them a second shot at individual races.

Elkin won the first meeting of the two teams on June 29 with a score of 967, opposed to Dobson's 484.

During the meet on June 29, Elkin's relay teams dominated Dobson, only finishing second in one relay.

Elkin's will host Wytheville on Saturday at 9 a.m.

At the time of publication, results had not been submitted. Final and complete results will be printed in the next edition of the Tribune.
