The Friends of Traphill Branch Library are planning a yard sale at Traphill Tan & Tone and would like donations. If you have items, drop them off at the Tan & Tone or call the library at 957-2534 on Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Saturdays and someone will pick them up.
Condolences go to the family of Jim Hicks, who passed away last week. Jim was the son of Mona McGrady Hicks and grandson of John Earl McGrady.
Get well wishes go to Barry Riggan, who had back surgery recently, and to Magnum Garris, who’s back in the hospital and may have to have another surgery.

Traphill had a low temperature of 29.3 degrees on Nov. 9 and a high temperature of 72.1 degrees on Nov. 10. There was .1 inch of rain during the week of Nov. 4-10. Judy Dupree reported seeing hummingbirds three days last week. Fay Harris says that’s a full month later than she’s ever seen them before this time of year.
