Silver Alert: Azelyne Miller Collins

The Yadkin County Sheriff’s Office is requesting information regarding missing Azelyne Miller Collins, 83.

A Silver Alert for Collins was issued by the N.C. Center for Missing Persons Tuesday evening at 8:55 p.m.

She is described as a missing endangered woman who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Collins goes by a nickname of Emma. She is white, 5’ 5” and weighs 120 pounds.

She has brown, shoulder-length hair and brown eyes. Her clothing was listed as a blue jean jacket and blue jeans.

The location of the incident was listed as Emily Drive in Hamptonville, but the last location seen was left as unknown on the alert.

Listed with the alert was a silver 2007 Honda Odyssey, with N.C. license plate number BEP9554.
