Fletcher-Osborne exchange vows at Isle of Palms

Karanda Velvet Fletcher and William Thomas Osborne exchanged vows Sept. 21 at The Citadel Beach House in Isle of Palms, S.C. The Rev. Greg Mason officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Joanie and Robert Mills of Mooresville and Randy Fletcher of Elkin. She is a 1997 graduate of North Wilkes High School and a 2002 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science in accounting. She is director of finance for Air Ambulance Caribbean, Inc.

The groom is the son of Sandra and Charles W. Osborne of Richmond, Va. He graduated from Brentwood High School in Brentwood, Tenn., in 1998 and East Carolina University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in health services management. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps with service as a combat engineer during Operation Iraqi Freedom. He is a flight respiratory practitioner with Air Ambulance Caribbean, Inc.

Amy Hinshaw of Charlotte served as maid of honor, and Katherine Burke of Glen Ellyn, Ill., was bridesmaid.

Flower girls were Olivia and Isabelle Osborne of Cornelius. Grant Triplett of Elkin was ring bearer.

Michael Osborne of Cornelius was best man, and groomsmen were the groom’s father and Michael Burke of Glen Ellyn.

Charleston Strings provided the music for the ceremony.

A reception followed at The Citadel Beach House.

Following a wedding trip to Cape Cod, Mass., the couple will reside in Huntersville.
