Tribune donates to Tri-C

The Elkin Tribune donated a portion of its proceed from the 2012 Elkin Tribune Community Directory to the Tri-County Christian Crisis Ministries. A check totalling $860 was presented by Nathan DiBagno, editor and general manager of The Tribune, and received by Heather Macy, executive director of Tri-County Christian Crisis Ministries, and Jack Gentry, its board president. Sponsors of the Community Directory who made the project and the donation possible are: Johnson Funeral Home, Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital, CMS Insurance, Blue Ridge Medical, Bridge Street Pharmacy, Cook Insurance, Elk Pharmacy, Elkin Funeral Service, Frontier Natural Gas, Dr. Jim Harrell, Sr., Dr. Lam Chu, Real Del Monte and Victory Pre-Owned.
