The Elkin Tribune will be selling tickets for the Taste of Home cooking show at a discounted rate during Saturday’s Pumpkin Festival, but the offer will be limited to just that day.
The Tribune’s table will be located near Wells Fargo in downtown Elkin during the Pumpkin Festival. During the festival, anyone who purchases at least two general admission tickets will be able to get $2 off the cost of each general admissions ticket.
The cost per general admission is $12, so those who purchase at least two tickets will be able to receive them for $10 apiece.
The offer is limited to the Pumpkin Festival.
This year the show is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 11 at Elkin High School’s Dixon Auditorium, starting at 6:30 p.m. Vendors will be present before the show from 4-6 p.m. Confirmed vendors include Heaven’s Scent, Pampered Chef and Tonya’s Magnetic Designs.
All attendees will receive a goody bag. Those who purchase a VIP ticket will receive Taste of Home’s cookbook “Busy Family Favorites: 363 30 minute recipes.” VIP attendees will also be able to sit in the first few rows at the show.
