Mrs. Juanice Bauguess Privette, of Christian Home Church Road, Traphill, died Monday, June 28, 2010 at her home. She was 87.
Mrs. Privette was born Oct. 9, 1922 in Wilkes County to Matt and Julie Pruitt Bauguess.
She was a member of Stoney Ridge Baptist Church.Mrs. Privette was a homemaker and a poultry grower for Select Feed and later Holly Farms.She enjoyed spending time with all her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Roy Privette
She is survived by three daughters, Louise Love, Violet Billings and husband George, Mildred Prevette, all of Traphill; two sons, Ray Prevette, Robert L. Prevette and wife Regenia, all of Traphill; seven grandchildren, Christine Greer, Gary Billings, Anitra Adams, Gina Hincher, Jason Prevette, all of Traphill, Lynn Love of Mooresville, Lee Love of Asheville; seven great-grandchildren, Makayla Love, Caden Love, both of Mooresville, Cole Adams, Cassie Adams, both of Wilkesboro, Brooke Hincher, Bradley Hincher and Riley Greer, all of Traphill.
Funeral services will be held Thursday 11 a.m. July 1, 2010 at Christian Home Baptist Church with Rev. Steven Absher, Rev. Nathan Prevette and Rev. Ivan Dameron officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6 until 8 at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Hospice of Wilkes, 1908 West Park Drive, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659.
